It’s been just over a week since Bethesda released the magnificent Fallout 4, which naturally means we’ve already seen a whole slew of modifications released for the game. But the question on many people’s lips is, of course, where are all the nude mods – and how can I get my hands on them?

Well, for the benefit of those who think the Wasteland would benefit from a little nudity, here are nine of the best Fallout 4 mods available right now and where to find them. Suffice to say, many aren’t suitable for work, but I’ve helpfully edited out all the pink bits from the article’s images, like some kind of power-crazed Instagram moderator.

Immersive Attire Fix mod

We start out with the only mod that is (fairly) suitable for work, although that may depend on what baseball team your boss supports. The immersive attire mod fixes Bethesda’s glaring omission of Red Sox-emblazoned underwear within in the game; it is Boston, after all.

As well as undergarments featuring the local baseball team, the mod creators also lets player characters (both male and female) adorn some fancy underwear, rather than the grubby panties and bras the base game offers up. These include Vault 111 standard issue panties and bra, some magic rainbow unicorn underwear for the men, and a variety of camo designs.

Fallout 4 full nude mod

It’s at this point where we quickly move from softcore to hardcore with the Fallout 4 full nude mod. Basically, this is a texture mod that strips the female characters in the game down to their birthday suits when players remove all their clothing/armor.

The mod’s very biologically accurate, and the fact that the woman are walking around butt-naked while still sporting their pip boys adds an extra layer of humor/depravity.

Glorious female nude mod

Quite similar to the previous full nude mod, the fantastically titled Glorious female nude mod looks a lot more... detailed... than its counterpart. Again, it replaces the game’s original ‘no clothes’ texture to let players see what women in the wasteland, including the raiders, look like without any attire.

Brilliantly (or horribly, depending on your point of view) it’s possible to download additional files with this mod that adds pubic hair to the ladies' nether regions. Who’s got time for landscaping when there are Deathclaws constantly trying to kill you?

Transparent Bra mod

If you prefer your mods to be less full-on porn and little more TITillating *sigh*, then perhaps you should check out the Transparent Bra mod. As the name suggests, this simple modification turns all the Fallout 4 women's bras into the see-through variety.

It may only be a subtle change but, like most of these mods, using it will probably still make you feel slightly dirty.

Nude armor replacer mod

We finally reach a nude mod that adds a bit of variation to the ‘naked female’ format. The nude armor replacer cleverly turns the standard vault suit into a naked female body, meaning that when you equip armor over the top of the vault suit, the character still looks totally nude underneath.

The good thing about this mod is that you can add in-game modifications to the vault suit and keep all associated bonuses while still appearing naked. The creator says he may expand the mod to include other under-armor clothing, such as the Dirty Army Fatigues, at a later date.

It’s been pointed out that every female character in the game who is wearing the same modded under-armor will also appear naked, thus turning the Wasteland into the sexiest post-apocalyptic nightmare you ever did see.

The Fapboy mod

Not every sexy mod involves getting Fallout 4’s (female) characters naked. The amazingly titled ‘The Fapboy,’ for example, makes trying to decide what are the best armor combinations all the more difficult by adding some distracting images to the Pip-Boy’s background.

While not exactly pornographic, a couple of the pictures show enough flesh to warrant this being an 18+ only mod.

Atom Boy Pinup Pip-Boy Wallpapers mod

Here we have another mod that alters the background of the Pip-Boy, except this one manages to keep the game’s '50s Americana theme. There are 18 images of bombshells from the '40s to '60s to pick from, and if you find this kind of thing distasteful then you’ll be happy to know that only one of the pictures could be considered mildly x-rated (the one above, naturally).

If you’re into burlesque, early-era pinups, or you prefer your mods to lean more toward ‘artistic’ nudity, rather than ‘seedy,’ then you should get the Atom Boy Pinup Pip-Boy Wallpapers here.

Topless Pink Victoria Secret Panties mod

Topless Pink Victoria Secret Panties is a bit of an amalgamation of a nude mod and a underwear-altering mod, which means it could basically be defined as topless modification. As the creator so eloquently puts it, not every mod needs to have women running around “with their snatch out.”

The whole things gets a touch of *cough* class added to it by letting users pick various Victoria Secret panties for the female characters, several of which are emblazoned with slogans such as Hard to get, I love you, Let’s party, Love and Naughty not nice. Because when a ghoul is eating your corpse, you don’t want to be caught wearing cheap underwear.

Male nude Pipboy background mod

In the interest of fairness, and the fact that virtually every other mod involves women, we finish up with a Pip-Boy background mod that showcases the male genitalia. The image shows a man doing a pretty piss-poor job of hiding his junk. If that’s not graphic enough for you then there’s a second image of his back, sack and crack that’s so detailed you can see what he had for lunch.

What does the future hold for Fallout 4 mods? More filth!

While there’s not exactly a lot of variation in the type of NSFW Fallout 4 mods available, it's worth remembering that the game’s not even been out a fortnight. There’s no doubt that over the coming months we’ll soon start to see an ever-increasing number of ways to bring sex, nudity, and ghoul-on-human lovemaking to the Wasteland.
