Touhou Hisoutensoku (soku, SWRS, 12.3, TH12.3) is an expansion for Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. It was released on August 15th at Comiket 76. Step 1: you're going to want to head to the Moriya Shrine and scroll down to the 'official games' tab on the left side of the screen. Then, choose which generation of games you want to download a game from (I'm using UFO as an example for this). Finally, scroll down to the game you want and press the download button.

Step 2: Once it's finished downloading, you're going to need an extracting program for this step, like winrar (I'm using winrar for this tutorial). Open the file with the program, then press extract to. Choose the destination for the file. Once your done, open the folder that contains the file we just extracted.

Step 3: now, scroll down till you see the application named 'TH12' or 'TH12e' if it has an English patch on it (The number in the application name varies on the game number in the series). Click on the file and there! You're done, you can now play touhou games!!

This process works for almost all the touhou games (except the pc-98 games). This process is 100% virus free, (and I have zero antivirus programs) unless you download your extracting program from a bad site.
